Laura Hedley
Laura Hedley, MCSP, SRP
Laura graduated from the University of Northumbria in 2007 with an MSc in Physiotherapy. She is currently employed as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist by the Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust, and joined our team working part-time, in 2011.
Post-graduate training has included a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine from the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine, various manual therapy courses, and she is also a qualified acupuncture practitioner. Laura has completed her first MSc module at Bradford University (Physiotherapy Management of Spinal Dysfunction), and is currently working towards completing her second module (Physiotherapy Management of Lower Limb Dysfunction).
In 2010, an article co-written by Laura entitled 'Staying Steady: A Community Based Exercise Initiative for Falls Prevention' was published in Physiotherapy Theory and Practice.
